Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Gorakhpur to Kathmandu (The Journey to the Capital)
  • Receive an early morning pickup from your designated location in Gorakhpur.
  • Drive to the Sonauli Border (approx. 3 hours) to complete customs clearances and secure the vehicle permit for entry into Nepal.
  • Download offline maps before crossing, as Airtel network signals can frequently drop or face heavy interruptions in the neighboring country.
  • Proceed along the scenic highway through Mugling, planning for frequent, leisurely rest stops so your you can stretch, snack, and avoid car fatigue.
  • Arrive in Kathmandu by evening and check into your self-arranged hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu Sacred Sightseeing
  • Fuel up for the day with a clean breakfast of oats and curd, or mix a quick plant-based protein powder shake for sustained energy before heading out.
  • Begin your morning with a visit to the highly revered Pashupatinath Temple on the banks of the Bagmati River.
  • Drive to the unique Budhanilkantha Temple to witness the ancient, large stone statue of Lord Vishnu reclining in a sacred water pool.
