Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Gorakhpur to Agra (The Transit Highway Journey)
- Depart from Gorakhpur early in the morning in your booked cab to comfortably cover the long highway stretch via the Purvanchal and Agra-Lucknow Expressways.
- Plan for frequent, leisurely rest stops along the route so you can stretch, snack, and avoid car fatigue on the long transit.
- Arrive in Agra by late afternoon or early evening, check into your hotel, and spend a relaxing evening resting up for the exciting days ahead.
Day 2: Agra to Mehandipur Balaji & Khatu Shyam Ji
- After an early morning optional visit to the spectacular Taj Mahal, enjoy breakfast and check out of your hotel.
- Embark on the drive toward Rajasthan. Download offline maps for this stretch, as Airtel network signals can occasionally face heavy interruptions on the rural routes.
- Visit the highly revered Mehandipur Balaji Temple for darshan and spiritual rituals.
- Afterward, continue your drive toward Sikar, arriving near Khatu Shyam Ji by late evening. Check into a local hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Khatu Shyam Ji to Salasar Balaji & Transit

Day 5: Vrindavan Darshan & Drive to Lucknow
- Wake up early for an incredibly uplifting morning darshan at the famous Banke Bihari Temple and the serene ISKCON Temple.
- Spend the late morning exploring the sacred banks of the Yamuna River.
- After lunch, check out of your hotel and merge onto the Agra-Lucknow Expressway to begin your return journey eastward.
- Arrive in Lucknow by late evening, checking into a transit hotel to safely break up the long final drive to Gorakhpur.
Day 6: Lucknow to Gorakhpur Return Departure
- Enjoy your final breakfast at the transit hotel, complete your check-out process, and settle into the cab.
