By accessing or using the DiscoverTrips platform to book a vehicle or tour package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not use our services.

1. Booking and Payments

To secure a booking, customers are required to pay a minimum advance amount of 25% to 50%, depending on the specific package, vehicle type, and travel dates. The remaining balance must be cleared with the driver before the commencement of the journey or upon boarding.

We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

2. Pricing and Exclusions

• Outstation Billing: Outstation travel is billed based on a minimum average running of 250 KM per day.
• Tolls & Parking: State entry taxes, toll taxes, and monument/airport parking fees are excluded from the base fare and will be charged as per actual receipts.
• Night Allowance: A driver night allowance (typically ₹300 – ₹500) is applicable if the vehicle is driven between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• 7+ Days Prior: 100% refund of the advance amount (minus standard bank transaction fees).
• 3 to 6 Days Prior: 50% refund of the advance amount.
• Less than 48 Hours: No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations.

In the rare event that DiscoverTrips cancels a booking due to unforeseen operational issues, a 100% full refund will be initiated immediately.

4. Passenger & Luggage Limits

For safety and regulatory compliance, the maximum passenger capacity stated for each vehicle class is strictly enforced. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if the passenger count exceeds the legal limit of the vehicle.

DiscoverTrips holds no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of baggage or personal belongings during the trip. Passengers are advised to take care of their valuables.
